The online store www.f17.ro specializes in the sale of natural, organic and textile products to any natural person (who has turned 18) or legal entity. For each of the products posted on the mentioned website, F17NESS EGO S.R.L undertakes to display all their essential characteristics, which will allow the buyer an identification, comparison and a correct choice.
F17NESS EGO S.R.L reserves the right to modify, without notice, the characteristics of the displayed products. The images published on the website have the title of example, and the delivered products can sometimes differ from the images presented in any way (color, appearance, etc.). The products sold comply with the Romanian legislation in force.
F17NESS EGO S.R.L cannot be held responsible for the improper use of the ordered products.
EXPIRATION DATE
The validity term of the products sold by F17NESS EGO S.R.L through the website, is the one given and inscribed by the manufacturer on the packaging.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to buy products from the website www.f17.ro you will have to accept the present terms and conditions, and then to order the desired product / products, by going through the following steps:
Step 1: choose the products with the “Add to cart” option available next to each product. After completing the shopping list, you can preview and modify the order by clicking the “My Cart” button.
Step 2: Checking the order details: to successfully complete the order, useful details must be mentioned, such as name, surname, phone, e-mail, delivery address and payment method, online card, delivery method (courier).
Step 3: Place the order. After clicking the “Send” button, the products, the delivery address and the payment method are checked. If all data is correct, the order will be processed by our operators. In case of payment, by bank card, you will be directed to the payment window.
Step 4: Once the order is sent, you will receive an email at the address entered in the user profile (which includes the confirmation of your order, the prices of the ordered products and the details regarding the delivery and the shipping fee).
TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment for the order can be made:
By debit or credit card, online. The F17NESS EGO partner for online payments is BT Ecommerce accepts Visa credit / debit cards, MasterCard in Lei and Euro, the settlement being made through the issuing-accepting banks. If you use a card issued by a Romanian bank, it must be activated for Internet transactions.
By opting for this option, payment by card, you will be redirected to a secure page, where you will be asked to enter your card details. BT Ecommerce works on the authorization / collection system. Once you have placed a pre-order, the money will only be locked in your account, and when the customer can receive proof of the pre-order, the money will be transferred from your card account to our account. If the product has not been shipped in a timely manner, the amount will be released within a maximum of 30 days, according to applicable laws. DELIVERY
The delivery of the ordered products will be made in all cities in Romania. Delivery is made within 2-4 working days from the telephone or e-mail confirmation of the order by the operator F17NESS EGO S.R.L. The mentioned term is indicative, it can be modified for reasons independent of our will. The delivery of the products is made from Monday to Friday, except for the legal holidays, between 9AM-5PM, according to the time interval in which you have chosen by filling in the order form. If you want delivery on Saturday, please specify on the order page. The F17NESS EGO operator will confirm the delivery taking into account the destination of the package. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order. The delivery will be made FREE of charge in Bucharest and in the country at the headquarters / domicile / address indicated by you – if the value of the products is at least 59 Euro. If the value of the ordered products is below 290 lei, then the delivery will be made for a fee, depending on the weight of the package and if it exceeds the coverage area of the courier company. The payment of the price of the ordered products and of the delivery tariff will be made according to the conditions and payment methods provided above.
The products are delivered in the form they come from the manufacturer / distributor and within the available stock. F17NESS EGO S.R.L cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the products presented. The offer of the displayed products is valid within the available stock.
F17NESS EGO S.R.L reserves the right to postpone delivery times, in case the product or products ordered are not available in stock at the time of receipt of the order. In this situation, customers will be informed and consulted about maintaining or canceling the order.
Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the following documents: the original tax invoice. The lack of a notification from us and the expiration of the delivery term, gives you the right to refuse to take over the products at any time. If you are not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, our courier will return once more, after re-establishing contact with you to establish a new delivery date / time. If, for the second time, you have not been found at the mentioned address, within the interval established by mutual agreement with our courier, your order will be canceled and the product returned to the headquarters.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
(according to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the consumers’ rights within the contracts concluded with the professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts)
Except for the cases provided in art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, you, as a consumer, benefit from a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, provided that the reason is in accordance with the return policy and without incurring other costs than direct costs related to the return of products. The only costs that are borne by you are the direct costs of returning the products.
According to art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, the following are exempted from the right of withdrawal:
– providing products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer;
– the supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.
The right of withdrawal from the contract must be exercised prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period (14 calendar days), by informing, in writing, the company F17NESS EGO S.R.L, regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract can be made by choosing one of the following variants:

unequivocal statement in which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The completed and signed withdrawal form / the unequivocal, signed declaration regarding the expression of the withdrawal decision from the contract must be sent by you (as a consumer) to the cc company, before the expiration of the withdrawal period (14 calendar days), either by courier or mail (at the following address: Strada Liliacului nr.53B, ground floor, sector 1, Bucharest), or by email (at the following email address: office@f17.ro). In this case, F17NESS EGO S.R.L will confirm receipt of the withdrawal form by sending an email to the email address from which the withdrawal form was sent).
The period of 14 calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract runs from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and which is indicated by the consumer, enters into physical possession of the products, in the case of sales contracts, or:
– if the consumer orders by a single order multiple products to be delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and which is indicated by the consumer, enters into physical possession of the last product;
– in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and which is indicated by the consumer, enters into physical possession of the last product or part;
– in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of products for a specified period of time, the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and which is indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the first product.
In case you exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, you have the obligation to return the products, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which you communicated to F17NESS EGO S.R.L your decision to withdraw from the contract. The 14-day period is met if the products are returned by you before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Address for returning the products: at the address of the working point of F17NESS EGO S.R.L from Street Liliacului no. 53B, Ground floor, sector 1, Bucharest, from Monday to Friday, between 9AM – 5PM.
The direct costs related to the return of the products are borne by the consumer. Also, the consumer is responsible only for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
In case you exercise your right of withdrawal, in compliance with the terms and conditions of this document, F17NESS EGO SRL will reimburse you all amounts received as payment from you, including, as appropriate, delivery costs, without delay unjustified and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of fulfillment, cumulatively, by you of the following conditions: a) the reception by F17NESS EGO SRL of the products that were the object of the sale; b) the receipt by F17NESS EGO S.R.L of the written information regarding the decision to withdraw the consumer from the contract in accordance with those mentioned in the present terms and conditions; and c) the above provisions have been complied with.
For the avoidance of doubt, F17NESS EGO S.R.L is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen another type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by F17NESS EGO S.R.L nor the direct costs borne by the consumer when returning the products.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

COMPLAINTS

Decide to withdraw from the contract with us
a) In case you want to order products from the website www.f17.ro (regardless of whether or not you have an account on the website), the data we request are the following: name and surname, telephone, email, delivery address , payment method, delivery method. These data are provided by filling in the forms posted on the website www.f17.ro on the occasion of placing an order for products on the website www.f17.ro.

b) If you have created an account on the website www.f17.ro, F17NESS EGO S.R.L will process the personal data provided by you by filling in the form “I am a new customer”. When creating the account we will process your name and surname, telephone number and address (or addresses, if you indicate more than one delivery address, for different deliveries).
These data are processed during the existence of your account, and after deleting your account, F17NESS EGO SRL will transform your personal data (e-mail, password, password confirmation, name and surname, county, locality, address, telephone) into data anonymous and will process them for internal statistical purposes, during the company’s existence.
Creating an account on the website is not conditioned by sending an order. However, the creation of an account can facilitate the ordering of products, given that once your data has been entered at the time of account creation, it will not have to be reinserted during each order.
Thus, by creating an account, you can save the desired products in a list, view previous orders sent through the website and have your data filled in automatically when you place an order.
At the same time, in order to access your account, you will have to establish a password. Please make sure you keep your password secret as well as any other information about your account.

JURISDICTION
All sales of the company F17NESS EGO S.R.L are considered to take place at the headquarters in Liliacului Street no. 53B, Ground floor, sector 1, Bucharest, which is also the place where the obligation arose or that of the place of payment. Any dispute between customers and F17NESS EGO S.R.L will be settled amicably. If the parties have failed to resolve the dispute amicably, it will be resolved by the competent courts.
TRANSFER OF PROPERTY RIGHTS
The transfer of the property right over the ordered products from the website www.f17.ro is made at the moment of your receipt of the ordered products, provided that their price is paid.
