The data are processed in accordance with the following requirements of EU Regulation 679/2016:
– the data subject has consented to the processing of his / her data for express purposes (described below);
– the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
In order to fulfill the services offered by the website and to fulfill its contractual obligations, the data operator collects two or three names, e-mail, telephone, delivery address of the ordered products.

– Right to portability:
The USER has the right to receive a copy of the data transmitted in a structured format, widely used and which can be read automatically.

The USER has the right to request the correction of personal data if they are incorrect, including the addition of incomplete personal data. Registered users can change their personal information on the account page.
– The right to delete:
The USER has the right to delete all personal data processed by the administrator at any time, except: open command; unpaid amount; when an acquisition is made, for which the data will be stored in accordance with the legal provisions regarding accounting.

– Right of withdrawal of consent:
The USER has the right to withdraw his consent at any time for the processing of his personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent can be done through the settings in the client account or by e-mail at office@f17.ro. Withdrawal of consent will make it impossible to provide services, which is why withdrawal of consent is treated as a refusal to provide services by the ONLINE STORE.
– The right to submit a complain to a supervisory authority if it is considered that personal data are processed incorrectly or illegally.
Personal data will be collected and processed through an electronic system, managed by the administrator and stored on a server at the company’s office. Personal data will not be disclosed to countries outside the European Union. The storage period of personal data is determined by the duration of the profile. Upon deletion, deactivation of the account, personal information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
