The return or exchange of products can be done within 14 calendar days!
To return / exchange a product, please contact us in writing at office@f17.ro and mention the order number.
If you want to change the size of clothing or another product, please mention the size / product you want.
RETURN POLICY:
The customer can return / exchange the purchased products, under the following conditions:
In the case of clothing items
– The product must not be worn, dirty or washed and must have all labels intact;
– When delivered to the courier, the product must be packed and sealed in the original box;
The customer can return / exchange the purchased products, in the following situations:
– The product does not meet expectations;
– The product does not comply with the specifications on the site;
– The package shows severe damage;
– The products were delivered incorrectly;
– For reasons related to color, cut and erroneous execution (in the case of clothing).
The customer is obliged to notify F17NESS EGO S.R.L, his intention to return the purchased products, by email to: office@f17.ro, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The F17NESS EGO S.R.L customer cannot return the products purchased through a Contract, and / or cannot claim any other damages, in case the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The return of the products is made by the courier company to the address received in the request requested by email at office@f17.ro.
The equivalent value of the additional services, including but not limited to the transport of the products, paid by the customer for the return of the products, is not refundable.
If the Customer receives in the order one or more products for free, he has the obligation to return them in full, if he wants to return the order.
